 "What's involved?"

I will ask you to commit to at least 3 workouts a week and to follow the nutrition program.

And I'll need you to be 100% committed to transforming your body.

You hold up your end of the deal, I hold up my end of the deal: we both win!

"I never lifted weights before. Is that an issue?"
Not at all!

In fact, beginners will start the challenge by performing body-weight exercises only. 

You will then learn the movements with PVC tubes, and finally, you will transition to small weights. 

Finally, you will progressively use heavier weights but by making sure that you get a proper form to avoid injuries.

But no barbell. Unless if you really want to :)
